Please note that we cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:

1.2 Web Design & Website Development: Our web design and development team put their best efforts into crafting exceptional websites tailored to your needs. In the event that you are not satisfied with our web design or development services, we provide a 15-day refund window. To qualify for a refund, you must adhere to the following conditions:
- State valid reasons for your dissatisfaction with our services.
- Allow us an opportunity to address and resolve the concerns you’ve raised.
- Submit your refund request within 15 days from the date of service delivery.
Please be aware that refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- Refund requests are made beyond the 15-day period.
- Violation of our terms and conditions during the development process.
- Completion of the project as per the agreed specifications.
2. Cancellation Policy:
2.1 SEO Services: Should you wish to cancel your ongoing SEO services with us, you can do so at any time. However, please note that cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of the service.
2.2 Web Design & Website Development: For web design and development projects, you have the option to cancel the service before the commencement of the project. If the project has already started, the cancellation will be subject to the following conditions:
- If the project is less than 25% complete, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the project is between 25% and 50% complete, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the project is more than 50% complete, no refund will be provided.
